Our Journey
Authentic Papua New Guinea Craftsmanship.
Authentic Crafts with Timeless Stories.
We travel directly to remote villages across Papua New Guinea to source authentic crafts from skilled artisans. By eliminating middlemen, we ensure fair prices reach the creators while bringing genuine products to you. We identify and collaborate with talented artisans in rural communities, providing them with market access and recognition for their traditional skills. Each craft tells a story of heritage and craftsmanship. By creating consistent demand for traditional crafts, we help preserve cultural skills while providing sustainable income for artisans and their families in rural areas. We serve as the bridge between PNG's rural artisans and international markets, ensuring cultural crafts reach appreciative audiences worldwide while maintaining their authenticity.

Meet Our Founder
Judy Ejampi is a passionate Papua New Guinean entrepreneur dedicated to preserving her country's rich cultural heritage. Born and raised in PNG, she witnessed firsthand the incredible talent hidden in remote villages - traditional skills passed down through generations but with limited market access. As a proud Papua New Guinean business woman , Judy personally travels across the country, building direct relationships with artisans in their communities. She works closely with village elders and craft masters to ensure traditional techniques are preserved while helping artisans adapt their skills for contemporary markets. Through LUFA BASKET, Judy has created sustainable income opportunities for over 500 rural artisans while establishing PNG's cultural crafts in international markets. Her work not only provides economic empowerment but also helps preserve cultural identity and traditional knowledge for future generations.
